Natalie Goncalves / President, CFO
She has been responsible for financial analysis of manufacturing and distribution operations and related cost accounting functions over a thirty-year span. She has also audited production analysis reporting systems and has direct experience in the management of accounts payable, payroll, general accounting, inventory reconciliation's, consolidations, financial reporting and has implemented various computer systems in those areas.

Natalie had developed a full range of strategies for Clients by first understanding their businesses, and then extracting data and developing approaches for the auditors. She has contributed with great success to more than $50 million dollars in recoveries for previous clients. Natalie personally develops the strategy and implementation plan for every client.

George Balogh /Vice President - Capistrano Advisory Group Leader
George has a wealth of management experience as CEO of several technology start-up companies and a corporate officer of a $230M public company. George spent 13 years as Sr. Vice President of Spectra-Physics and founded their Passive Telecom Group in 1998. He brings over 23 years of senior management experience in optical components and instrumentation industries to the company.

His previous experience spans manufacturing, finance, and engineering management positions, with a record of accomplishment at Varian Associates, Inc., and Crown Zellerbach Corp. He is also a past President of the Lasers and Electro-Optics Manufacturers Association (LEOMA).

George holds a BS Degree in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, MBA from Golden Gate University, and is a graduate of the Stanford AEA Executive Institute.

Dave Weyer / Vice President of Electronic Commerce
Dave has been associated with the Electronics Industry for the past 13 years and has implemented the exchange of electronic information including POS, Purchase Orders, SSD, Inventory, Forecast and Shipping. His successes while at Anthem and Arrow Electronics include Intel, IBM, Cisco and others. He is a Past President and Board member of EIDX, and has strong affiliations with other trade associations. He previously spent 16 years with software companies designing and implementing solutions for small, medium and large corporations in the United States and Europe. These solutions included PR, AP, AR, GL, Costing and Manufacturing.

Joel Abram / Senior member to the Capistrano Advisory Group
In a career spanning over 35 years in the World of Semiconductors, Joel has been able to gain valuable experience in many facets of that industry from product line marketing management to developing and executing strategic business plans and tactical operations and distribution and OEM management for companies like National and Cypress Semiconductor.

Judy Font / Senior member of the Capistrano Advisory Group
Judy Font has more than 25 years experience successfully managing computer business system implementation projects for manufacturing and distribution based organizations. Her particular expertise is in understanding the totality of the client's business system, not just their computer system, and in being able to communicate system solutions to the client. This ability has allowed her to be successful in complex system implementations, including Anthem Electronics.
