How
We Work

After the sale has occurred and the contract
is signed, we start the pre-engagement planning. We perform a preliminary
review of marketing programs and develop a general sense of all incentive
programs and their administration. During the pre-engagement planning,
we obtain and review data from clients. We run our internal software
programs and produce the initial exception reports. We obtain a few
examples of hard copy documents and compare to file to ensure accuracy
of data. We make our travel arrangements and perform preliminary estimates
to complete fieldwork.
The first day in the field, we perform
the initial conference. In the initial conference, our staff meets
with key staff to determine scope and discusses any limitations of
the job. This assists us in avoiding problems in the future. Our staff
will gain a general understanding of operating policies and procedures,
make arrangements for records and systems access, obtain badges/security
clearance and finally make logistical arrangements.
During the transactional and process
review, our staff validates 100 percent of all hard-copy documents
to our databases and enters all additional data necessary to complete
the job. In addition to our programs, we perform a complete a manual
review and analyze data to identify any issues unique to each client.
During the transactional review, our staff will identify the reasons
why these transactions occurred and how these issued can be corrected.
We will compare all hard document and database to incentive programs
and pricing agreement and ensure accuracy. We will identify if these
issues are systems errors, procedural errors, human errors or simply
the 'nature of the animal'.
After fieldwork and final review is made
by management, the wrap-up conference is presented to our client's
staff. During the meeting, we consult with clients, presenting the
draft audit report, reviewing all findings, discussing date for bill-backs,
addressing any pending issues, and obtaining feedback from the clients'
staff for future audits.
